Your first visit, step by step
No surprises. Here is exactly how it goes.
A warm welcome
We greet you, get you settled, and go over your history and anything on your mind. Bring a list of questions if it helps.
A gentle exam
A careful look with digital X-rays and intraoral scanning, so we see clearly with very little radiation.
A plain plan
We explain what we find and your options, with costs and insurance laid out before anything is decided.
Care at your pace
If a cleaning or treatment fits the same day, great. If not, we book the next step on your schedule.
Insurance and payment, in plain terms
We accept most PPO plans and are in-network with several major carriers. If you are not sure whether we take your plan, send the details with your appointment request and we will check before you come in, so there are no awkward surprises at the desk.
If you do not have insurance, that is fine too. We will give you clear, up-front pricing and talk through your options. For larger treatment plans, we offer financing so the cost can be spread out in a way that works for you.
What to bring to your first visit
- A photo ID and your insurance card, if you have one.
- A list of any medications you take.
- Any recent X-rays from a previous dentist, if handy.
- Your questions. We would rather you ask than wonder.
